How strong is a snail?

Today children wanted to know how to measure the strength of a snail...

So, we attached a Newton force Meter to the table... and the carefully attached a thread to the top on the snail shell. (No snails were hurt in this experiment!)

The idea was to measure the force of a snail...

results : he measured a force of 20 newtons. Well done snail and fantastic research questions from the children.
